This project is the first of a string of residences on a build and sell scheme. Being a pilot project, generous spaces were provided with the starting, A to B+ class in mind.

It’s rich yellow and blue colors are echoed on the handmade custom Machucca tile border located midpoint of the 2nd floor to give an even taller feel. Creative storage spaces are located at the garage, ground floor, and 2nd floor to accommodate tools, his and hers golf clubs, bulky luggage, and seasonal decors to make stowing-away a breeze.
