From Regular Intersection to Landmark Development

Evergreen Memorial Park for over years was known by a number of names. A large “open space” with no distinct feature to draw you eyes upon. The client wanted to offer a one stop shop location for their services and an imposing edifice to house it.

 

Design Solution

The solution was a 3-cluster structure with an external covered walk linking the 3 main buildings. The facility allows 13 chapel combinations with gardens and open spaces all around.

 

Completed in 2009, this new edifice was successfully leased and operated by the Client  to Arlington Memorial Chapel and Crematorium, one of the leading funeral service providers in the Philippines. The whole development became, as conceptualized, a one-stop shop location by having available funeral and burial services with memorial lots conveniently available within its compound.

 

Over the years, Evergreen Memorial Chapels has been a part of the community and is now a landmark in the area.
